Avis Ukraine awarded the Best Car Rental Company 2009

9 years popular English newspaper Kyiv Post holds a poll among readers and web-site visitors who vote for best companies of the year in different spheres of business.

December 1, 2009 Kyiv Post made the first participants list of Best of Kyiv which included more than 300 companies. The first elimination tour was confirmed by the committee of experts which included   21 representatives from different spheres of business and social organizations. Experts chose 5 finalists from each category.

The second tour of the award consisted from Kyiv Post readers voting. In the result of this voting were awarded best companies in each category. Polling results and winners were announced on January 28 at the award ceremony which took place at the Hyatt Regency.With the result 36% Avis became a winner at the nomination Best Car Rental Company 2009.

Oleg Nechaiev, CEO Avis Ukraine commented this award: ”I’m very happy that Avis Ukraine again acknowledged as Best Car Rental Company. One more time this award confirms that we provide high quality level of rental service from year to year. And we even more appreciate this estimation from readers of English newspaper as far as many of Kyiv Post readers have experience of renting cars not only in Ukraine but also abroad and can compare the level of provided services”. 

Avis Ukraine – is the representative of the biggest world wide leasing and rental company which has 5000 branches in more than 170 countries all over the world, and more than 60 years old history. Avis Ukraine offers services since 1997 including financial and operational leasing with full spectrum of services, mini leasing, car rental, drivers outsourcing. Avis Ukraine has its regional offices in Lvov, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Simferopol and Odessa. Quantity of cars in its leasing fleet is above 1600 cars. Avis Ukraine investors are subdivisions of a big financial group Kardan Group.
