UUL defined the brightest personalities of leasing market within last year.  The first, second and third place were given, accordingly, to CEOs of «Raiffeisen Leasing Aval» (Peter Oberauer), «Euro Leasing» (Roman Ivanenko), «Lasca Leasing» (Tetyana Saus).

«Personality of the Year» rating was organized through leasing industry directors' polling. So, the leaders were defined by the participants themselves, who used such criteria as manager's activity in market development, professionalism, personal charisma, progress of manager's company.

The award ceremony was held at Association's annual meeting on January, 20 in Hyatt Regency Kiev Hotel. UUL congratulated the winners and pointed out the extraordinarily role of personalities, who establish civilized rules for leasing industry. Thus, the Union general managers' rating shall become annual.
